This organic winter cover crop was designed for northern climates with below zero winter temperatures. Contains 70% winter grain rye and 30% hairy vetch. Excellent northern combination for increasing organic matter content in the garden controlling erosion promoting nitrogen fixation and improving water root and air penetration in the soil.
